Terms Of Service

Welcome to On Grid (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or engaging with us for projects, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

On Grid provides creative, marketing, and digital services as outlined in proposals, quotes, or agreements specific to each project. The scope of services will be defined in writing prior to commencement.

2. Proposals and Agreements

All proposals are valid for [30] days unless otherwise stated. Work will only begin once both parties agree on scope, pricing, and timelines, and once the required deposit or retainer has been received.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit or retainer is required before work begins.

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion or according to the agreed schedule.

  • Late payments may incur fees of 5% per month.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to information, feedback, and approvals necessary to complete the project. Delays caused by missing information or feedback may affect delivery timelines.

5. Revisions

Projects include a set number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the Client, except for any third-party assets, fonts, or licensed materials used.

  • On Grid retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

 

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

On Grid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in dispute.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland, Australia.

 

11. Updates to Terms

On Grid reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
